dear Mr Ong,
I have not enough sleep because I had to shift my house, loads of work and doing or learning spelling! Well I rarely sleep for 7 hours I usually sleep at 2 to 3 o'clock. I'm usually short tempered now a days. Every time I'm going to sleep, I always hear the public bus moving. Even when I'm not moving house,I sleep at 1 to 3 o'clock.

I do think nettiqete is important when communicating in cyber space you have to be polite and be courteous.

you must use 9 9 9 when there are roberry,murder or the suspect is near.I think the punishing
is just fair.If you use9 9 9 9 right ,you might just save lives by not delaying the police . In singapore, low crime means no crime,theremight be a crime some where....
