t2 w2 healthy eating

Eating healthy is important for us. eating alot of high calorie, oily stuff like pork, nasi babi (pig) ,chicken meat or whatever. And alot of adults and kids love to eat those oily stuff but no offence, they will grow fat and can get DIABETES . For the good of us, and the fat ones we have to eat more greens and less oily food. For the fat ones, I abvise you to run in your park (3)times. Or do push ups (10) times a day .
